The Toshiba NB100-12A 8.9" Netbook. Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz, 1GB RAM, 120GB HDD, Windows XP Home Netbook is proving to be a winner with it's actual buyers, here are some comments below.

This is a great netbook at a great price with all the features you would need - a good sized hard drive, fast enough and pre-loaded with XP. It is great for surfing on the internet, even has a built in webcam, and fits neatly into a small bag. We are very pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good all round netbook.

I was little bit reluctant at first about buying a NB100 due to number of negative remarks about it's keyboard. But as I am already a very happy Toshiba notebook fan, decided to forget about all those comments and go ahead and buy one for my wife. The result: A professional netbook which is purpose built that reflects it's maker's professionalism in mobile computing industry.
Pro's: Absolute VALUE FOR MONEY! Professional design that can easily outclass all the popular netbook brands in the market (except perhaps MSI Wind) True bright display, all the necessary hardware including a VGA port, fast uploading times and all necessary software.
Con's: Keyboard make take some time to get used to. But I am sure if you are a girl with small fingers, compared to a mans, then you will be OK with the keyboard in no time.
Verdict:
A very good entry to the netbook market WELL DONE TOSHIBA! Will wait for a 10.1" version which will surely capture a good market share, once out!
